Kitchen Trends for 2019

Mixed metals. What do we mean? Use stainless for your faucet and brass for your knobs, or black, or bronze, or copper or … get it? Have fun — but plan it carefully so it doesn’t look like a mish-mash.
Matte black: from knobs and handles to appliances and cabinets, this trend looks like it’s here to stay. Just be careful not to request a dungeon!
Digital technology is a trend that is also here to stay — from dedicated charging stations. to multiple outlets to the latest light switches. Admonishment: leave room for flexibility, since tech is changing so fast!!
Metal, wood or glass open shelving is also here to stay. Not neat enough? Go with frosted glass-fronted cabinets to get that open look.
Two-toned cabinetry. All white is out; add a splash of color, even if it’s a neutral. Want more color? Go green.
Statement appliances. From colors to divine design, these are the IT kitchen statements. If you really really love something, get it and enjoy it! If, however, you’re on the fence, why not go with a stainless fridge and add your color with accessories??
